4. Delivery Time Window, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Delivery Time Frame: Although our services are designed to deliver results as quickly as possible, please note that—despite any desired or advertised period—it may take up to two (2) months to fully deliver the results.

Cancellation Policy:

Delivered Orders: Orders that have already been fully delivered are non-refundable due to technical limitations that prevent the reversal of delivered services.

Partial Delivery: If only part of the service is delivered within the specified period, you will be entitled to a proportional partial refund (or store credit, if the service has begun) corresponding to the undelivered portion.

Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver the service in its entirety after the full two-month period, you are entitled to a refund (subject to the cancellation conditions noted above).

Refund Processing: All refunds or the issuance of store credits will be processed within 14 days after it is determined that the service could not be delivered as promised or in accordance with the cancellation policy.
